Stephen's Lake Park

We went to Stephen's Lake Park this weekend to splash in the splash pad.

Sunscreen!

James is withholding judgement on the plan.

He got to stand up in the water. 

I didn't bring my swimsuit, so I sat at the edge. James is pretty curious about what's going on out there on the lake.

Amelie played pretended the splash pad was a water fountain, despite my protests that it was gross.

She and Sam swam in the lake a long time. At first, Amelie was afraid to touch the bottom.

She eventually got over her fear, though.

James got in the lake, too.

This one reminds me of the grass picture.

Little Swimmers

Just like last time, it was pretty much impossible to take a good photo at Little Swimmers.

I accidentally grabbed Amelie's swim trunks, and so James is wearing a 3T swimsuit here instead of his normal one.

She's getting so big!

There wasn't a clear winner for the sad-faced baby photo like there has been at previous photo sessions, but these two are close.
